Site meetings will not be available at any other times.2 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered.3 Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. The mandatory site meeting will take place at Berner Trail Child Care Centre at 120 Berner Trail Scarborough ON local time on Maat 10:00 am, Toronto. 1 Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. All questions from Suppliers need to be submitted via the internal message board once logged into the Event as participating Supplier.
